These terms and conditions govern your use of the Simply Nails website and your relationship with Simply Nails Ltd. Please read them carefully as they affect your rights and liabilities under the law. If you do not agree with these terms and conditions please do not register on the Simply Nails website. By using Simply Nails website you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Nothing in these terms and conditions affects your statutory rights. Simply Nails website is only aiming at the UK market, we cannot gaurantee that it accords with local laws of any other countries. Use of Simply Nails Ltd and these terms and conditions are subject to the laws of England and the jurisdiction of the English Courts. These terms and conditions were compiled in July 2006 Ordering
from Simply Nails At this time you can pay by cheque made payable to Simply Nails or postal order. Delivery and Charges Packaging and postage charges are clearly stated on the website and will be confirmed to you in your order confirmation email. All orders wil be dispatched on receipt of cleared funds and usually within seven days of receipt. If an item is out of stock you will be notified in your order confirmation email. Exchanges and Refunds You can send or bring products back to us as long as they are returned within 28 days of delivery and are in unused perfect condition and in the original packaging. Products can be exchanged or a credit note issued by bringing the item into the salon or posting the item back to: Simply Nails, 6 Eld Lane, Colchester, Essex, CO1 1LS. Please ensure a copy of your invoice accompanies the return. We will refund the cost of carriage if your product is faulty or if it is not what you ordered. However you will be required to cover the cost of returning the product in all other circumstances, and in addition to your original delivery charge will not be refunded. If you return an item to Simply Nails please allow up to 14 days for administration. When returning an item we would recommend that a form of recorded delivery is used.
